What We Do

Emmanuel House CDC is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping working-class families save and work their way out of poverty in a responsible & dignified manner. There are several locations/apartments or “houses” and each one operates the same way: Families pay regular rent—the majority of which goes into their own down-payment fund so we can help them buy their first home.
